Minimum Requirements Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma 10 – 15 Years' experience, of which 5 years should be in management HVAC/refrigeration experience essential Proficient on MS Office Suite Responsibilities Accountable and responsible for: All sales, estimating, engineering, contracting, commissioning, and site-related issues within the HVAC Department Providing innovative solutions for the HVAC industry Developing and maintaining systems that allow HVAC to remain innovative and the market leader within the HVAC industry Providing leadership and mentorship to staff Creating and maintaining a culture of training and a team environment Client and site visits as and when required Detailed design engineering of all HVAC products (i.e., air handling units, roof top units, condensing units, etc.) in accordance with Clients' specifications and HVAC standards Providing detailed unambiguous information to the drawing office for submittal and construction purposes Compiling detailed Engineering Submittals for approval Ensuring quick approval of engineering submittals Refrigeration pipe selection and design layout Reverse valve selection and complete ordering sheet Evaporator coil selection, including distributor selection Selection of electronic expansion valves and complete ordering sheet Selecting and completing ordering sheets for all capital equipment required as per the approved engineering submittal Arranging for unit transportation, including insurances, duties, etc. as and when required Compiling electrical specification for Electrical Engineer Compiling commissioning details for Commissioning Engineer Project management for the full life cycle of the project from sales to product handover Ensuring Clients have the required credit limit or payment terms are agreed upon Creating and maintaining the filing system required for all documentation, both digital and hard copies Developing current Suppliers and sourcing new Suppliers Negotiating with Suppliers Processing orders Liaising with Suppliers, Clients, and Colleagues Issuing works order to production Weekly quality inspection of units in production Monitoring production progress Coordinating product commissioning, inspection, and collection Validating invoicing Submitting variation quotations to Clients as and when required Ensuring that all variations are approved by the Client and receive written orders Compiling Owner's manual Processing enquiries for HVAC products Estimating and updating master cost sheets Compiling written quotations Ensuring that minimum quality objectives are met Performing all tasks that are required in line with company vision and mission Adhering to ISO 9001 quality management system To Apply: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
