Minimum Requirements
Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma
10 – 15 Years' experience of which 5 years should be in management
HVAC/refrigeration experience essential
Proficient on MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
Accountable and responsible for all sales, estimating, engineering, contracting, commissioning and site related issues within the HVAC Department
Develop and maintain systems that allows HVAC to remain innovation and the market leader within the HVAC industry
Client and site visits as and when required
Detailed design engineering of all HVAC products i.e. air handling units, roof top units, condensing units etc. in accordance to Clients specifications and HVAC standards
Compile detailed engineering submittals for approval
Refrigeration pipe selection and design layout
Reverse valve selection and complete ordering sheet
Compile electrical specification for Electrical Engineer
Compile commissioning details for Commissioning Engineer
Project management for the full life cycle of the project from sales to product handover
Develop current Suppliers and source new Suppliers
Negotiate with Suppliers
Issue works order to production & weekly quality inspection of units in production
Monitor production progress
Submit variation quotations to Clients as and when required
Compile Owner's manual
Estimate and update master cost sheets
