OverviewA great mining company in Limpopo is seeking the expertise of an Engineering Leader to join their team in Steelpoort, Limpopo.ResponsibilitiesContributing to the operational area's performance, through the enhancement of functional best practice.Overseeing all engineering work for the effective functioning of operations, shafts, plants and surface infrastructure.Resolve cross function operating conflicts through the development of processes, standards and directives.Ensure that the mine's SHERQ policy, rules and regulations are complied with throughout the area of responsibility.Evaluate through a series of analysis negative trends both equipment and people related and introduce remedial solutions.Ensuring the maintenance of equipment to the required standards.RequirementsGrade 12Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringGCC Mines and WorksMBA / MBLRegistration as Engineer with ECSA8 – 12 years' experience in an underground mining environmentBenefitsSalary: R1.7Mil/yr – R1.9Mil/yr, negotiablePlease note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
