Engineering Lead

Design end-to-end solutions that balance people, technology, systems, and data for improved efficiency and client focus.
Key Responsibilities:Craft solution designs that drive automation and alignment with the organization's business strategy.Formulate solutions based on software architectures and deliver technical leadership.Evangelize the adoption of modern designs to improve the IT landscape and build a future-focused portfolio.Balance designs with future focus, investment, and time to value.Take solutions through governance forums and obtain acceptance from stakeholders.Flesh out designs and contribute to functional and non-functional requirements.Support Engineering teams in resolving complex incidents.Work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions.Contribute to the engineering community through research and engagement.Qualifications:Design end-to-end software systems including security, integration, and infrastructure design details.Proven track record in decision-making and project/product delivery accountability.Strong technical acumen and software application architecture knowledge.Software development experience and current skills.Troubleshoot in complex software solution environments.Broad software development lifecycle experience including DevOps, agile, and testing methodologies.Technical design modeling and methods experience.Strong financial background in fintech, banking, or financial e-commerce.Education:Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering.Experience:4+ years in similar roles or 10+ years in the IT industry.
