Engineering Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design Manager to lead our design team and drive projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the engineering design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Oversee the design process, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and design strategies. Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth. Establish and maintain design standards and best practices. Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Engage with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Proven experience in engineering design, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks). Excellent project management skills and experience with design methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
