Key Responsibilities:Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in engineering to advise and assist the team in the project management phase.Conduct thorough research and analysis of green building technologies and materials to determine their feasibility and effectiveness for HouseZero.Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, such as achieving a zero-energy balance, optimizing passive solar design, and integrating natural ventilation systems.Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.Monitor and review project progress, provide technical support, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.Play a key role in achieving the project's sustainability targets by continuously identifying opportunities for energy and resource efficiency improvements.Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to green building and incorporate them into the project design and execution.Share your knowledge and expertise with the team and contribute to the development of new sustainable building strategies.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (Advantageous).Experience working in sustainable building design and construction.Construction, Manufacturing and/or Machinery industry experience.Experience with CAD.Project Management experience.Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.This Job description is only a guideline to the role and is not limited to the full job responsibilities.Thank you for applying with RareCruit!
