Responsibilities: Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of boilers, pressure vessels, and other metal structuresEnsure quality standards and specifications are met for all fabrication and welding workMaintain and repair existing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetySupervise a team of boilermakers and provide guidance and support as neededEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safetyPlan and schedule work to meet production targets and minimize downtimeInteract with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate work and resolve issuesMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedRequirements: Grade 12Trade Test Certificate in Boilermaking/PlatingEngineering Foreman Certificate5 years' experience as an Engineering Foreman within the mining industryValid driver's licenseBenefits: Salary: NegotiablePaid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
