With over 20 years of experience, Technical Systems exports its products to more than 50 countries.Primary Tasks Kpa's:This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Administrator at Technical Systems in Bellville.
The Engineering Administrator will be responsible for handling communication, administrative assistance, customer service, training, and office administration tasks on a daily basis.KPA'sStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks and engineering projects at once.Own reliable transport.Maintain and organize engineering documents, including design drawings, specifications, technical reports and project plans.Compile meeting minutes and correspondence.Daily report updating and effective cross function collaboration.Ensure all feedback reports are compiled accordingly.Making presentations with confidence.Structuring information in a logical manner to facilitate the understanding of the intended parties involved.Daily supplier and customer collaboration.Establishing effective relationships with customers and staff, networking effectively within and outside of the organization.Ensure engineering standards are adhered to.Assist with resource allocation, scheduling and coordination.Budget monitoring.Setting clear objectives, planning activities well in advance and managing time effectively.Demonstrating interest in others, working effectively in teams, building team spirit and showing care and consideration for individuals.Qualifications:Matric Certificate / Grade 12.Diploma in Administration or a similar field.Practical Experience and Requirements:Bilingual (Afrikaans & English).5 + years relevant working experience.Familiarity with engineering concepts and manufacturing processes is beneficial to understanding the terminology and requirements of the engineering team.Knowledge of intermediate excel, computer literacy (project planning software, MS projects, Microsoft office).Strong organisational skills and detail oriented and assertive.Numerical reasoning and arithmetic skills.Working Hours:07:00 - 16:00 (Monday - Friday)
