Mission
The Specialist: Operational Excellence (OE) plays a critical role in orchestrating cross functional initiatives and enabling operational governance expectations within the Technology Fixed Line Services (TFLS) domain. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, this role will focus on embedding a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture through role-modelling the principles of Go See, Ask Why and Show Respect. Looking inwards, the focus will be on embedding controls and standards which promote quality and efficiency as the organizational ethos through consistent, repeatable patterns. This includes identifying root causes, implementing countermeasures, resolving root causes and assessing impact. Looking outwards, the focus is to support the achievement of team objectives by partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure that handover points enable end-to-end effectiveness through the evaluation of input and output parameters. This includes the governance aspects of the environment, extending into the partner landscape.
