If you're looking for a place where your skills will be valued and your growth will be supported, this is the role for you.Why Join Them?Be part of a leading IT solutions provider in South Africa;Work in a friendly, supportive environment where learning and growth are encouraged;Engage with a variety of exciting tasks and projects;Enjoy opportunities to expand your skills and work with cutting-edge technologies.About the Role:As a Microsoft Modern Work Engineer, you'll:Be a key player in a dynamic IT Support Team;Provide top-tier support and implement solutions for various businesses;Work on exciting projects involving Microsoft Client/Server and Cloud environments;Handle tasks ranging from basic troubleshooting to complex implementations;Enjoy a mix of remote support and hands-on project delivery.Requirements:Five plus years of IT support and project deployment experience;Strong understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure);Relevant certifications: ITIL Foundation, MS-900, MS-700, MD-102, SC-900, AZ-900;Experience with PowerShell scripting, RMM solutions, Microsoft Server;Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.Role & Responsibilities:Provide expert IT support and manage project deployments;Troubleshoot and resolve issues for a wide range of clients;Implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions (Intune, SharePoint, Teams, etc.);Work collaboratively within a team to deliver top-quality service;Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet their needs.
