Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Well established FMCG company are looking for a talented and motivated engineer with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming PLCs, creating AutoCAD drawings and developing P&ID diagrams. A strong understanding of process and instrumentation is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and program PLC systems for various automation projects.Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, including P&ID diagrams, to support engineering and process design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing PLC systems.Ensure all designs and systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new systems and equipment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Knowledgeable in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Delta, etc.).Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed drawings and P&ID diagrams.Strong understanding of process and instrumentation systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Understanding of Python, C and Java.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Preferred Skills:Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.Familiarity with additional CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).Should you wish to apply please submit your CV through for consideration.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
