A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail are essential. Duties includeWorking on continuous improvement projects on the line in partnership with ProductionOverseeing assigned Engineering and technical projectsWorking with the Production team to ensure reliable machine and plant performanceIdentification and achievement of measurable technical and process developments and improvements.Ensuring engineering excellence in the PlantEnsuring a safe working environment by ensuring Safety Best practicesEnsuring Housekeeping and ISO/FSSC standards are consistently maintained. Minimum Requirements:Engineering Degree (BSc/BEng Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronics').An understanding of Continuous Production processes would be advantageousLogical and critical thinking skills essential for this positionHappy to work in a Production environment/ Factory floorSelf - motivated, energetic and ability to motivate othersStrong communication and people skills
