To design, code, test, debug and correct programs in software engineering environments within the continuous delivery pipeline as well as provide support and maintenance of systems. In addition, produce software specifications in accordance with the technical requirements, within the framework of the software quality assurance standards.

AWS Solutions Architect Certificate Experience Required Software Engineering Experience in working on AWS and/or cloud platform engineering space. Having worked on AWS and/or Azure cloud environment where AWS and/or Azure managed services played a role will be advantageous. Experience and knowledge of deploying and supporting workloads on AWS and/or Azure following the well-architected framework. Experience in the implementation of cost & performance optimization, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in the cloud environment to ensure optimal service delivery. 2-5 years of solid Integration and IT background, consistently keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field. Knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks, methods and practices and experience in being a catalyst for organisational change. Experience working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and teamwork. Good understanding of the Standard Bank IT environment will be advantageous. 2-5 years of experience in managing IT incidents and outages effectively, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
