Job Title: Engineer, Building Management Systems Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Job Duties: Design, implement, and maintain building management systems Conduct system troubleshooting and repairs Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on system integration Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols Provide technical support to end-users and maintenance staff Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Required Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) Proven experience in building management systems Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in BMH systems design, including limestone and gypsum handling systems Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of HVAC, lighting, access control, and energy management systems Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
