Engine Assembler – Sandton

Our Transport company client based in Sandton is looking to employ an experienced Engine Assembler.Must have respective engine assembling experience in a factory/workshop environment.JOB REQUIREMENTSThe ideal applicant will possess the following:Trade Test Certificate – Diesel Mechanic from an accredited institution.Minimum of 3-5 years Engine Assembler experience in an Engineering Workshop.Experience in assembling MAN, IVECO, ADE, Mercedes, SCANIA, Volvo, FAW and other makes of engines.JOB OUTPUTSStripping and overhauling engines.Assemble and test engines.Conduct essential quality inspections on the engines repaired.Assist in Dyno testing of engines.Participate in the implementation of the Production Management Systems in the factory (ISO 9001).Complete job-related documentation – Control Sheets, Job cards, QC, Requisitions.Also submit cvs to ******
