Strategy and Planning Develop and roll out a comprehensive energy management strategy that shapes and guides our energy and utilities landscape.
Set and align annual and long-term goals for energy efficiency and sustainability aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting Analyse energy consumption data to uncover trends and unlock new opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of energy usage and other sustainability data for compliance and reporting purposes.
Audits and Assessments Conduct energy audits and assessments to ensure we're using energy responsibly, that standards are met and to find energy saving potentials.
System Design and Innovation Analyse and innovate on system designs for new equipment and refurb projects to increase energy performance.
Create best practices for system and equipment design/selection and operating procedures.
Project Management Spearhead and drive energy efficiency projects, including retrofitting and upgrading equipment.
Collaboration and Leadership Collaborate with and inspire regional facility managers and other departments to champion energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices.
Empower and educate staff on energy conservation practices to foster a culture of sustainability.
Financial Management Develop and manage the energy budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Develop business cases for the implementation of energy initiatives.
