Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of UK Gas and Utilities experience
UK Contact Center Experience
Knowledge of various sales techniques and objection handling
Must be able to work UK campaign shift times (10am-8pm)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
