Job Description After Sales Engineer responsible for selling Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers.
Responsibilities Develop spare parts, service, including service contracts, upgrades in assigned territories and/or industries.Collaborate with the team to secure Capital and Partner Sales across the country/cluster.Manage the "Lead to Order" process for enquiries pertinent to Spare Parts & Services.Order Intake responsibility for the country/cluster.Visit customers to identify and respond to their needs.Use installed base map/App to find customers and build relationships in the territories.Increase market share and customer coverage in the territories.Work closely with service team, Customer Excellence, and P&A teams to care for customers.Manage key accounts, new customers, and non-buying customer business.Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales forecasts on Order Intake for the country/cluster.Ensure corporate governance and compliance with Group and local policies.Review and approve all contractual commitments prior to finalization in accordance with defined authorization procedures and routines.Qualifications & Experience: Engineering degree with 2-5 years of working experience, at least one of which is in Sales. Experience in Power Plants, Mining, Paper Mills, or Steel industries is advantageous. Good knowledge of PHE, separator, decanter, is preferred.
