Datacentrix Managed Talent Solutions division is seeking skilled EUC Support Technicians for an external client in Bloemfontein. This 6-month contract role requires candidates with 12-18 months of proven relevant experience.
Requirements: Grade 12 certificateCertifications: A+, N+, Apple Essentials, Linux EssentialsValid RSA driver's license (manual transmission)12-18 months of relevant experienceExcellent communication and strong problem-solving abilitiesAdherence to professional etiquette and dress codeAbility to work independentlyClean criminal recordMust be open to work selective after-hours support when requiredMust be in Bloemfontein and nearby areas.Core Responsibilities: New Equipment:Install and configure new ICT equipment including workstations and peripherals.Software Deployment:Deploy, configure, and install various software, including operating systems and productivity tools.Maintenance:Provide ongoing on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.Network Infrastructure:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain network endpoints.Relocation:Assist with the relocation of computer equipment as needed.Technical Support:Offer extensive troubleshooting, support new software roll-outs, and evaluate new technologies.Event Support:Provide technical support during special events and executive support during public holidays.Disaster Recovery:Support technical operations during disaster recovery and business continuity events.Monitoring:Perform real-time monitoring of digital infrastructure, report system downtimes, and monitor network performance.Why Join Us?
