DescriptionAbout the job End ControllerEnsure relevant documentation for all transactions is checked and recorded when stock and/or fixed assets leave the Store or when Customers return stock.RequirementsMinimum Grade 12 and 1 (one) year work related experience or 2 (two) years work related experienceAbility to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area where the position is availableMust be literateMust have strong numeric skillsProven attention to detailMust be able to work under pressureMust be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public HolidaysSecurityEnsure no goods leave Cashbuild stores without the relevant documentationCompleted correct and full documentationCorrect date, time, sequence and signature on document has been capturedEnsure all Customer returns are correctly recorded in the End Controller book and authorisedEnsure backup employee available for area of responsibility with shift changes, lunch and tea breaksSign the End Control keys IN/OUT dailyAll exit/entry doors must be closed if not in useEnsure that loading and off-loading shutter doors are closed at all times where not in useReport all suspicious behaviour and vehicles which could pose a risk to Cashbuild and its Customers to ManagementConduct random searches on Employees when they leave the StoreCustomer ServiceOffer fast, friendly and efficient service to all Cashbuild Customers when checking in and out Customers goodsDirect Customers to relevant person who can assist him/her.Ready for BusinessAdhere to Ready for Business and Beyond my Control as per the CB Way
