ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will be responsible to:Provide management and direction to the unit by assisting in the development, implementation & continuous improvement of innovative resident-focused care.Lead and manage employees & resources to meet Fleurenville's objectives and values.Maintain team efficiency and quality service delivery that ultimately ensures high-quality care that supports Fleurenville's service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum four years experience as an RN/EN within the aged care sector.SANC registration.Implement Aged Care standards and Care Plans for all residents.Develop trust and good qualities with all team members.Understand complex care needs with a demonstrated ability to apply a high level of clinical knowledge (including palliative care and dementia care).
