Emt Coordinator (Logistics)

The Temporary EMT Co-Ordinator will manage part readiness and supply of Local, CKD, and Direct purchase components, ensuring timely support for pre-series build milestones and smooth handover to series production. EMT Coordinator typically refers to an Early Management Team (EMT) Coordinator. This role is crucial in the pre-production and early stages of new vehicle or component launches. The EMT Coordinator ensures that all necessary parts, processes, and systems are in place. Key Responsibilities: Chair local EMT meetings, identify risk parts, and coordinate actions with stakeholders. Represent the Group in CKD EMT meetings, escalate open points, and follow up with WOB counterparts. Prepare and distribute part readiness reports for new vehicle projects using PROMON/TEVON systems. Monitor and ensure parts meet milestone release requirements, handling status releases and deviations. Update and distribute project reports (Vorlage) for Pilot Halls, TPPA, and local forums. Verify EBON/Scheduling agreements, Quality, and Engineering approvals before handover to material control. Analyze and resolve part deviations related to build milestones. Investigate and resolve data queries for part releases and vehicle specifications. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Production Management, or Supply Chain Management. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an automotive logistics environment. Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of logistics processes, PEP process for new model/component introduction, and Tevon system (including Promon reporting tool).
