In this role, you'll play a critical role in expanding our client base and promoting EOR solutions to companies eager to simplify their international workforce management.As an EOR BDR, you'll be on the frontline, helping businesses unlock global growth by managing their employment, payroll, compliance, and HR requirements. This role is all about Sales, Sales, and More Sales ideal for an ambitious sales expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping companies overcome complex international hiring challenges.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from our EOR services. Utilize tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases to generate a pipeline of leads.Client Engagement and Outreach: Initiate and manage client conversations, introducing them to our EOR solutions and qualifying their specific needs and interests.Sales Presentations and Pitches: Conduct product demos and persuasive presentations, showcasing the advantages of EOR solutions, including compliance management, payroll, and benefits handling.Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform your sales strategy and advise potential clients.Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, positioning our EOR services as essential to their expansion goals.Collaboration with Sales and Account Teams: Partner with internal teams to present comprehensive solutions to clients, seamlessly transitioning qualified leads to account managers.Contract Negotiation Support: Assist in contract negotiations, explain terms, and ensure alignment between client expectations and EOR services.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular updates on lead status, pipeline progression, and sales performance metrics.Educating Prospective Clients on Compliance: Help clients understand the compliance aspects of international hiring and demonstrate how our EOR services manage legal and tax obligations efficiently.Achieving Sales Targets and KPIs: Meet and exceed sales targets, including lead conversion rates, meetings, and revenue generated from new clients.Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on HR, payroll, or international employment solutions.Strong understanding of EOR services, HR processes, and international employment compliance.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to a variety of clients.A natural Hunter mentality: proactive, resilient, and motivated to chase down and close new business.Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and tracking sales performance.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a keen focus on exceeding targets.Min 5 years experience doing Employer of Record business development.If you're a motivated sales professional eager to drive impactful business growth and establish yourself in the EOR industry, we want to meet you!
