Employee Wellbeing Specialist Midrand Our client seeks an Employee Wellbeing Specialist with 6+ 8 years' experience.
Must be registered with the HPCSA.
Salary: Market-Related Minimum RequirementsNQF 8 Degree in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Social WorkRegistered with HPCSA as a Counsellor, Social Worker, Psychologist, Industrial PsychologistCertified Wellness Coach6 to 8 years of experience in Employee Assistance Programme / Wellness3+ years of managing an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) / Wellness functionBasic understanding of Labour Law e.g.
LRA, EEA, BCEA, OHSA, employee health, wellness and benefit administration concepts, practices, and proceduresSolid project management SkillsEmployee wellbeing legislation experience and knowledgeEmployment Equity Act and related legislationComputer literacy – Intermediate MS Package SuiteDriver's License Please apply onlineFROGG Recruitment
