Employee Relations AdvisorWe're accepting applications for the position of Employee Relations Advisor. The purpose of this position will be to deliver a consistent and high-quality human resources services experience with regards to Employee Relations; and to align to global standards in order to ensure a consistent, efficient, and effective service is being rendered.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact to the business for all ER process and policy queries and issuesProviding an end-to-end case management service with regards to all ER processes, including but not limited to poor performance management, grievance management, and sick leave managementProviding support and consultation to both staff and line management throughout the ER processLiaising with the Employment Law division on complex casesFacilitating the end-to-end case management of the Income Continuation Benefits (ICB) process, including acting as liaison between the Insurer and other stakeholders and facilitating the payment logistics as applicableFacilitating, investigating, and closing HR related Speak Up casesBuilding and maintaining relationships/clarifying expectations with key stakeholdersBeing involved in sub-project deliverables on a needs-driven basisKeeping abreast of the latest HR trends (best practice), tools, and techniques through networking and monitoring the micro and macro environmentDesired Experience & QualificationMatric and a 3-year Degree or Diploma in an HR or ER related field essentialAn Honours Degree in an HR or ER related field will be beneficialAt least 3 to 5 years experience in an HR or ER related field
