QualificationsWe are seeking an Employee & Industrial Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is instrumental in managing disciplinary processes, fostering a positive work environment, strengthening employee relationships, and ensuring compliance with South African labor laws.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of South African labor laws (LRA, BCEA, etc.)Experience dealing with the CCMA, bargaining councils, and unionsProven track record in managing complex disciplinary processes and investigationsExperience in mediation, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solvingProficiency in Microsoft Office suite
