Job Title: Employee Benefits Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on the best employee benefits packages for their organization, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. The Employee Benefits Consultant will also assist clients with compliance issues related to employee benefits and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. Responsibilities: - Consulting with clients to determine their employee benefits needs and goals - Researching and recommending the best benefits packages for clients - Assisting clients with the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of employee benefits programs - Advising clients on compliance issues related to employee benefits, such as ERISA and ACA regulations - Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits - Providing excellent customer service and support to clients Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field - 3 years of experience working as an Employee Benefits Consultant or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks - Experience with compliance issues related to employee benefits, such as ERISA and ACA regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred If you meet the qualifications for this position and are passionate about helping organizations create competitive and attractive employee benefits packages, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
