Employee Benefits Consultant

Functions:

Responsible for analysing retirement funds and risk benefits
Ensure that benefits offered are best suited to each industry and are client specific
Offer comparative quoting and market research when designing benefit structures
Review group risk benefits annually
Create presentations for prospective clients, fund trustees, employers and members of retirement funds

Requirements:

RE5
An NQF 5 financial planning qualification
Class of business certificate in retirement
A minimum of 5 years experience in EB consulting
Candidate will be doing presentations, therefore a confident and outgoing personality is a must
