Be part of this leading Financial Services company that is founded on personal service, lifelong relationships with clients, trust and transparency as an Employee Benefits Adviser Assistant, where you will be responsible for administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services.Responsibilities:Advise clients on medical aids, medical insurance and gap cover – both personal families and groupsAssist clients with the application processAssist clients with queriesEnsure CRM data is up to date and accurateYear-end & ad hoc client presentationsIdentifying and providing leads to colleagues in other service lines in the companyKeeping up to date with provider amendmentsRequirements:Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Administration / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment ManagementStrong administrative skillsSystems, policy, and industry knowledge1-2 years' relevant Employee Benefits/Healthcare work experienceFAIS/FICA compliantProficient in both spoken and written English, and at least one other of the official South African languagesComputer literacy (MS Office)Valid driver's license and own vehicleRecommended requirements:RE5Competencies:Customer ServiceCommunication skills (verbal & written)Problem solvingAttention to detailTeam player
