Position: Employee Assistance PractitionerIndustry: Mining Industry.Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa.Salary: Market related. Qualifications: Grade 12 with math or accounting.Bachelors degree in social work or clinical psychology/equivalent qualifications.Registered with the Council for Social Work/EAPA SA/Medical Board.Valid Drivers License.Must have own Transport. Experience:5 years plus relevant experience, inclusive of exposure to Industrial Social work, Group work, Community interventions.Speaking fluently in English, Nort Sotho, XitsongaExcellent communicating skillsHigh stress tolerance, Emotional stability Responsibilities:Developing/reviewing HIV/AIDS policies & procedures with relevant Stakeholders.Coordinating overall wellness, disease management systems, including HIV/AIDS & TB.Promoting and monitoring health &Safety PWA (Confidentiality (Administering ARV Programme.Implementing of SANS 16001 wellness and disease Management systems in the Mining Division as per recommended guidelines from relevant stakeholders.Conducting Death Benefit-lead investigations as soon as possible after the funeral, compiling a report with recommendations to Benefits Administration Office/ Trustees.
