Email Marketing Specialist

About Us:
We are a dynamic e-commerce company managing three distinct brands. We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our email marketing efforts, ensuring that our campaigns are engaging, effective, and aligned with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute 1 to 2 email marketing campaigns per week for each of our three brands.
Manage and optimise email flows, including abandoned cart, welcome series, and post-purchase sequences.
Utilise Klaviyo to its fullest potential, leveraging its features and functionalities for maximum impact.
Create visually appealing email designs using Photoshop and Canva.
Ensure all email content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our brand message.
Write compelling copy that engages recipients and drives conversions.
Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
Maintain high standards of written English and clear communication in all email marketing materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing for ecommerce brands, with references.
Expertise in Klaviyo and a deep understanding of its features.
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
Strong design sense and the ability to create visually appealing and on-brand email content.
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Ability to work full-time in our office located in Amanzimtoti, just south of Durban.
Provide references and showcase proven experience in managing email marketing
