Tasks
What we need?
You'll be responsible for managing our CRM system (HubSpot) to optimize our sales and product marketing funnels, nurture leads, upsell clients, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
You will report to the head of demand generation. This role requires collaboration with several teams across 11 markets.
What will you be doing?
HubSpot Master: You'll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot within our sales and marketing team. This includes configuration, customization, data management, and ongoing optimization.
Lead Management Champion: You'll own the lead nurturing process, creating targeted email campaigns and workflows within HubSpot to keep leads engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Content Crafter: You'll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling email content for lead nurturing, outreach, and other sales communications.
Data Detective: You'll analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales, marketing and content performance.
Process Pro: You'll develop and maintain best practices for using HubSpot within the sales & marketing team, ensuring everyone is maximizing its capabilities.
Collaboration Catalyst: You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across the customer journey.
Requirements
Non Negotiable: Minimum 4 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience using HubSpot for sales, marketing automation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of lead nurturing best practices and the ability to create targeted email campaigns.
Strong understanding of upselling - best practices and the ability to create targeted email campaigns and marketing automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
Analytical mind with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Bonus: Experience with marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot.
Bonus: Proven track record of success in a sales-focused CRM environment.
Bonus: Understanding of B2B sales methodologies
