As the Email Marketing Manager, your mission is to shape seamless customer journeys and optimise marketing automation. You own the segmentation, development, and execution of email programs that nurture leads, accelerate sales, and unlock upsell opportunities. Through expert CRM management, you'll align sales and marketing efforts, driving performance across RoomRaccoon's global markets. Your impact will be instrumental in expanding our presence across 12 markets in Europe, the USA, and South Africa.

Day in the life of the Email Marketing Manager
CRM Mastery: Lead the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of our CRM system to support the sales and marketing teams.
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy: Own the development and performance of email marketing strategies designed to engage key segments in RoomRaccoon's ICP. Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and digital marketing teams to implement lifecycle marketing tactics that increase engagement and pipeline growth.
Audience Segmentation & Campaigns: Refine audience segmentation and create targeted email workflows, nurturing prospects and clients across their lifecycle to drive conversion and upsell opportunities.
Email Content & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft personalised, creative email content aimed at fostering relationships and driving revenue growth.
Data & Analytics: Analyze CRM and product data to create segment-specific, data-driven campaigns. Continuously optimise based on performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Optimization: Own the lead nurturing process by developing multi-channel marketing programs (email, social, digital) to engage leads and improve the customer journey.
A/B Testing & Performance Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests, analyse performance data, and recommend new strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of campaigns across 11 global markets.
Key skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience in managing lifecycle marketing and email campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of lead nurturing, upselling best practices, and audience segmentation strategies.
Experience in B2B demand generation, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Beneficial skills:
Experience with other marketing automation platforms beyond HubSpot.
Understanding of B2B sales methodologies and SaaS industry experience.
