We are looking for an experienced and passionate Email Marketing Lead who will take charge of our email marketing strategy. This individual will be our subject matter expert in e-mail marketing, responsible for increasing subscriber engagement and revenue. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in e-commerce, a strategic mindset, and a data-driven approach to optimise campaigns. What will you do? Develop and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, including promotional and automated campaigns. Lead the entire email marketing process, from campaign briefing through post-analysis. Advise on and implement best practices for segmentation, personalisation, and lead nurturing. Coordinate with the Email Service Provider and development teams to fully utilise technical capabilities. Track email performance metrics, conduct A/B and MVT testing, and adjust campaigns for maximum impact. Document email marketing standards, policies, and strategies for the company. Stay updated on digital and mobile advertising trends to continuously improve email marketing efforts. What do you need? A business or marketing-related qualification.
