Email Deliverability Manager

Employment Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

Talent Sam is looking for a skilled Email Deliverability Manager to join our team and help us maintain high inbox placement rates, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and enhance our overall email strategy.

Responsibilities: DNS-Based Email Authentication: Configure and manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records using Namecheap and Cloudflare to ensure secure email delivery.
Email Warm-Up: Set up and monitor email warm-up processes using Smartlead to improve sender reputation and deliverability rates.
Email Platform Configuration: Configure and manage outbound email campaigns using Reply.io.
Inbox Placement Tests: Perform inbox placement tests using Glockapps and conduct basic checks using Mailtester and MXToolbox to ensure high deliverability.
Google Admin Tasks: Handle Google Admin tasks such as adding and verifying domains and subdomains through DNS, setting up email forwarding rules, creating user accounts, and setting content compliance rules.
Campaign Analysis: Analyze email campaign statistics and metrics on a weekly basis, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Email Verification: Run email verification checks using Zerobounce to maintain a clean and valid email list.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve email deliverability issues and other technical problems related to email platforms.
Additional Knowledge: Utilize knowledge in VPN, APIs, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to enhance email deliverability and campaign management.
Qualifications: Proven experience in email deliverability management and configuring DNS-based email authentication.
Familiarity with email warm-up tools like Smartlead and email platforms such as Reply.io.
Experience with inbox placement testing tools like Glockapps and basic email checks using Mailtester and MXToolbox.
Proficiency in Google Admin tasks related to email management.
Ability to analyze email campaign metrics and provide insightful recommendations.
Skilled in using email verification tools such as Zerobounce.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to email deliverability.
Additional knowledge in VPN, APIs, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
