About the Role: My client is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant or Management Accountant to join their shared services finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial reporting requirements of three entities within the investment group structure.Key Responsibilities:Financial ReportingPrepare monthly/quarterly management reportsCompile group financial statements and comprehensive notesHandle group consolidations and eliminationsManage equity accounting and related disclosuresProcess fixed asset accounting and reconciliationsTechnical AccountingApply IFRS standards to complex accounting scenariosCalculate and account for revenue recognitionManage deferred revenue calculations and accountingEnsure accurate application of accounting principlesMaintain detailed supporting schedulesControl & ComplianceEnsure adherence to group accounting policiesMaintain internal control proceduresSupport external audit processesRequirements: Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experienceStrong IFRS knowledge and applicationExperience in group consolidationsProven track record in financial statement preparationProfessional accounting qualificationAdvanced Excel skills
