Our Client
Our client installs, manages, and services Diesel Generators and Solar Power equipment throughout Cape Town. They are seeking to appoint an additional Electrician to handle Electrical fault finding and Electrical installations and maintenance on Generators and Solar Power project installations.

An Electrical Trade certificate is essential
Wireman's licence is essential
5+ years experience working on electrical installations on residential and commercial buildings
Generators and Solar backup experience will be an advantage
Must have a driver's licence

Responsibilities:

You will be traveling throughout Cape Town to do solar PV installations.
Your tasks will consist of wiring for solar PV and inverters, panel stringing, battery connection, and setting up inverter parameters.
Sometimes you might be requested to do site visits if the site engineer is detained at another site.
You will be working with the installation teams to ensure the project planning, assembly, installation, and testing runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for signing off on projects; therefore, a wireman's license (single and 3-phase) would be an advantage to qualify for this position.

CoC's will be issued by a Senior who will be responsible to check the work that you have done.
