Job Title: Electrician - Mining - Underground and Surface Location: Limpopo, South Africa Job Type: Full-time Overview: Hire Resolve's Leading Mining Client are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join their mining operation in Limpopo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on both underground and surface mining equipment and facilities.
The Electrician will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient functioning of all electrical systems.
Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on underground and surface mining equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct repairs as needed.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential electrical problems.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in emergency response procedures as needed.
Requirements: - A Valid Electrical Trade certificate - At least 3 years of experience working as an Electrician in an underground and surface mining environment.
