Salary: R41 666.67 MonthlyLocation: JohannesburgDescription:Key Responsibilities:Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures.Perform fault analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues, including DC, AC, single-phase, and three-phase systems.Conduct routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.Work with processes such as injection moulding, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.Maintain technical and electrical equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.Log maintenance activities, liaise with suppliers, and manage spare parts inventory.Contribute to health, safety, and food safety standards, ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment.Stay updated on industry advancements, read machine manuals, and engage in continuous self-development.Work collaboratively within a team and take on additional tasks as required, including overtime and call-outs.Minimum Requirements:Education: Grade 12 with N2 in electrical trade theory and a recognized electrical trade test certification.Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in fault finding, system diagnostics, and electrical equipment installation.Experience with VFD programming, safety systems, and electrical principles.Familiarity with technical drawings and equipment used in manufacturing processes.Skills:Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.What We Offer:A supportive and fast-paced work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and self-development.The chance to work with state-of-the-art machinery and technical systems.Additional Requirements:Availability to work overtime, including weekends and night call-outs, as needed.Commitment to health, safety, and food safety standards.
