Electrical Technician / Technologist – Building

Our ClientA leading company in the Building Services Engineering Sector is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Technician/Technologist to join their growing team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and draft electrical systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards (SANS standards preferred).Collaborate with the engineering team on various projects.Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff.Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients.Qualifications & Experience:BTech in Electrical Engineering or NDip in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience in a consulting engineering environment.Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) for clear communication and report generation.Proven experience in electrical design and drafting using CAD software.Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards.Experience with electrical building services design principles is a significant advantage.
