Job description: Project Management: Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Design and Development: Create detailed electrical designs for refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the project team and clients, addressing electrical engineering issues and solutions Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other components and ensure seamless project execution Skills & Experience: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and industrial refrigeration design Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent certification is preferred Software Proficiency: Proficient in design and simulation software relevant to HVAC and refrigeration systems Electrical Engineering Expertise: Profound knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, particularly in the context of refrigeration systems Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines Technical Proficiency: Proficient in electrical design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to diverse audiences Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HVAC and refrigeration are advantageous.
