This role requires a proactive leader who can make critical decisions independently, manage risks, and drive projects to successful completion.Job Overview:As a Project Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for initiating, planning, designing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.

You will coordinate and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope, while navigating any uncertainties that arise.Key Responsibilities:Execute projects in line with in-house project management procedures.Develop projects from inception through to commissioning.Apply your engineering expertise to support and verify engineering designs.Plan and define the scope of work, including activity planning, sequencing, and resource allocation.Develop detailed project schedules and time estimates.Create and manage project budgets, as well as support departmental budgeting.Oversee project documentation, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress.Provide leadership to project teams and engage in strategic influencing.Collaborate with suppliers and ensure competitive bidding processes.Control quality and contribute to the company's strategic planning initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with customers and support tender and project pursuits.Mentor junior personnel and subordinates, fostering their professional development.Enforce company policies and uphold high standards of work ethic, quality, and discipline within the workforce.Coordinate individual project resource plans and support the engineering, workshop, and installation teams.Candidate Requirements:Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, BSc in Electrical Engineering, or GCC Electrical.A qualification in Project Management is advantageous but not mandatory.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions, resolve conflicts, and manage complex project dynamics.Ability to adapt to the unique challenges of each project and apply practical solutions to overcome obstacles.Ready to take on the challenge?
