Tech.  in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3-5  years' experienceResponsibilities:Develop industry-leading solutions for areas of technical responsibilityEngage with industry suppliers and interact with engineering development teamsSupport vehicle builds, testing and validationExecute engineering development processes flawlesslySet up engineering operations to support technical areas of responsibilitySetup and execute technology development roadmapsSupport site activities, customer meetings/engagements, suppliersPlan and execute engineering development within budgetsDevelop responsible technical systems within cost targets and support cost reduction effortsDevelop solutions for lean manufacturing and execute engineering tasks for productionSupport engineering teams to deliver engineering tasks to support production schedulesCollaborate with internal and cross-functional teams and support in identifying critical resource needsAct as project engineers and/or liaisons engineers onsite at new customersCoordination of customer site activities, e.g., customer meetings, vehicle builds and validation.The candidate will work from South Africa with the possibility to emigrate to the USA after 1 year.
