Electrical Foreman / Site Agent

Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman with Experience in the Construction field . Key Performance Areas: Site Management Ensure the site is in working orderManagement of all project plansLiaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractorEnsure timeous tool and material availabilityComplete snagging and de-snaggingTeam Management Ensure employee productivityMaintain employee disciplineManage employee timekeepingMotivation of team membersHealth and Safety Assurance Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specificationEnsure health and safety file is up to dateAttend and report to site-related instances as per SOPQuality Assurance Maintain the highest quality on all jobsAdministrative All administrative functions related to the site managementQualification and Experience: 8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Electrical Foreman on a Construction site. Electrical Trade Test Certificate
Wireman's license advantageous
