Electrical Foreman / Site Agent

Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman with Experience in the Construction field . Key Performance Areas: Site Management Ensure the site is in working order Management of all project plans Liaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractor Ensure timeous tool and material availability Complete snagging and de-snagging Team Management Ensure employee productivity Maintain employee discipline Manage employee timekeeping Motivation of team members Health and Safety Assurance Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specification Ensure health and safety file is up to date Attend and report to site-related instances as per SOP Quality Assurance Maintain the highest quality on all jobs Administrative All administrative functions related to the site management Qualification and Experience: 8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Electrical Foreman on a Construction site . Electrical Trade Test Certificate Wireman's license advantageous   Job Type: Full-time Experience: Electrical Foreman: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Electrical trade test certificate?
