Electrical Engineering Project Leader

Position: Electrical Engineering Project Leader Industry: Construction Location: Cape Town - Plattekloof Salary: Market Related Starting Date: As soon as possible QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ?Degree and Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or an Engineering Technician/Technologist. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum 3 years post registration experience. KEY AREAS OF COMPETENCE REQUIRED:Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultants appointments. TASK DESCRIPTION:Managing the projects allocated, Drafting, and reviewing of projects and programmes.Liaising with relevant Department, meeting the deadlines, drive programme and cashflow for the Management Programme.Reviewing and controlling the work of Structural or Civil Engineers on ProjectsManaging consultants and contractors appointments and performance.Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.Professional reviews on Reports.
