Electrical Engineering Draughtsperson (Senior)

Qualifications And Experience:

Candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate.
At least Eight (8) years post-qualification experience in building services including medical installations.
Experience in and knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and BIM360 will be an advantage.
Certification in the following software packages: AutoCAD, Microstation, REVIT MEP.

Responsibilities:

Assist with conceptual design development and drawing, translating specifications and designs into engineering drawings to be issued for construction.
In conjunction with the engineer, produce functional, economical, and technically correct drawings.
Provide the engineer with preliminary drawings with initial conceptual information for further refinement.
Manage compliance with the ISO 9001 quality system, drawing standards, and control/filing.
Ensure co-ordination/integration with other engineering disciplines and architectural services, clash analysis.
Responsible for electronic filing, administration, and issue, including updates and revisions.
Registered as a member of the South African Institute of Draughting.

Requirements:
