They are accountable for:Health and safety of all employees as per the Occupational Health and Safety ActEngineering and maintenance procedures to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness and cost managementThe engineer must align the team with production to execute the maintenance plan to improve quality and efficiency to achieve the KPIs.Person Specification:Minimum qualification of B Engineering in Electrical Engineering with more than 5 years of heavy industry experience and at least 4 years of experience in a position responsible for people managementLegal compliance certification in terms of the OHSACT (GCC - Factories)Training in maintenance principles and practicesManagement development training will be an advantageComputer literateMust have the ability to work under pressure and meet work deadlines with attention to detailJob Specification: The Engineer is responsible for the Electrical Maintenance for the site, and their functions include:Safety and legal complianceMaintenance managementRoot cause failure analysisCorrective actions and improvement managementPeople management and developmentThe incumbent will operate across multiple disciplines over a broad area involving a number of different technologies.
