Electrical Engineer - Renewable Energy - Cape Town

Hire Resolve's client, a leading renewable energy company in Cape Town, is currently in search of a Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Design and execute utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects. Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct analysis and simulations of multi-technology systems to optimize energy production. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate project activities. Demonstrate clear communication and active listening skills. Exhibit determination, proactivity, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently. Show entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Embrace teamwork, share responsibilities, and maintain a positive attitude. Requirements: BSc/BEng in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering is preferred; BTech is acceptable if supported by strong experience. Minimum of 4 years of overall engineering experience, with at least 2 years in the renewable energy sector. 7 years of engineering experience, including: 5 years in renewable energy. 3 years in a project environment. 3 years in distribution and reticulation design.
