Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage energy projects, including audits, retro-commissioning, and system optimization.Develop and implement energy-saving strategies and sustainable solutions for various systems (HVAC, lighting, renewable energy, etc.
).Conduct detailed energy analysis and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to develop and execute energy management plans.Utilize advanced simulation tools and software for energy modeling and performance evaluation.Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations in energy management and sustainability.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy engineering, energy management, or a related field.Proven expertise in energy audits, system design, and energy modeling software (e.g., eQuest, EnergyPlus).Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, renewable energy technologies, and energy codes/regulations.Experience with project management and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Professional certifications such as CEM (Certified Energy Manager) or LEED AP are highly desirable.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Apply now!
